Thus, it is expected to increase economic feasibility as well as reduce the environmental burden of fermentation waste liquid treatment. In addition, the fermented liquor using the alcohol fermentation accelerator including the hemp seed cake of the present invention has excellent throat swallowing and sensory properties, and the unique spicy taste increases palatability.
