With AI advancing rapidly, our ability to personalize nutrition, dietary interventions, optimize food systems is reshaping the future of healthcare and public health. This Collection seeks to bring together expert insights, innovative research and perspectives on how AI is revolutionizing precision nutrition across multiple domains.

We welcome original research articles, reviews, and perspectives that address, but are not limited to, the following topics:

1. AI in precision medicine and nutritional interventions.
2. Applications of AI in tailoring personalized dietary recommendations
3. AI-based risk assessment for diet-related diseases based on the analysis of multilevel multimodal data (lifestyle, environment, genetics, biomarkers, etc.)

5. Explainable AI in nutrition by leveraging knowledge graphs for transparent decision-making
