Themethod comprises the following steps that a takeout food data uplink request sent by a takeout platform is received, and takeout food data comprises takeout food order information and takeout food making process information uploaded by a takeout merchant; and then, according to the takeout food data uploading request, the takeout food data is written into the block chain, a takeout food data query request is received, and the takeout food data query request is uploaded after the takeout food data query request is approved by a food safety department. Therefore, the takeout food data on the block chain can be obtained according to the takeout food data query request, and the takeout food is traced by utilizing the takeout food data.
