The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing local food based sextic industry urban-rural exchange experience tourism products. The system and the method are to develop an application (APP) for smart devices. The APP: can create new added values associated with the sextic industry, combined with health, food, and tourism services, from agricultural production (primary industry), local product processing (secondary industry), and agricultural product distribution, tourism, and exchange (tertiary industry); can provide various experience programs related to local food of regional tourism and experience centers based on local food based food tourism by interlocking with information on regional tourist attractions of the experience centers, tourist attractions and cultural properties for providing local food recipes and local dish cooking classes, through local food direct stores, famous and delicious restaurants, farmers prime; restaurants, local food processing factories, and the experience programs; can provide information on a local food recipe and information on the local dish cooking classes, food tourism and regional festival; and can provide urban-rural direct trade associated with shopping malls for local food ingredients and processed food, local products, local products in urban-rural direct trade markets, and tourism products and souvenirs related to urban-rural exchange experience. Therefore, the system and the method for providing local food based sextic industry urban-rural exchange experience tourism products can produce high added values of agriculture associated with the local food based sextic industry, can create incomes for farmers, and can vitalize regional tourism and regional economy, by introducing local food direct markets, farmer prime;s restaurants, and local dishes at the farmers prime; restaurants and famous and delicious restaurants, providing various food experience programs at local food processing factories and experience centers, providing urban-rural direct trade associated with shopping malls for local food ingredients and processed food, local products, local products in urban-rural direct trade markets, and tourism products and souvenirs, and providing consumers with safe food.
