SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INSPECTING IMPORTED FOOD BASED ON HARM PREDICTION

A system and a method for inspecting imported food based on a harm prediction, which are provided by the present invention, improve the efficiency of an imported food-related work through the one-stop processing of the imported food-related work process and have a working system capable of systematically responding to a food safety accident. The system for inspecting imported food based on a harm prediction includes: an imported food inspecting unit which classifies the type of received imported food into safe food and harmful food if an imported food report is received; a risk predicting unit which selects a risk element according to the type of imported food, collects, analyzes, and evaluates harm information based on the risk element, and provides decision information for the imported food inspecting unit in order to determine an intensive test product and a rapid custom product by predicting the degree of risk; a harmful food integrated management unit which performs the one-stop processing of the imported food-related work process by generating an imported food risk-based preventive inspection system which is built in the imported food inspecting system through an information connection between a connected institution and an informant; and a storage unit which stores import report/reception information, inspection/processing information, inspection analysis information, importer information, global harm information, manufacturing country/manufacturing company information, food security management standards, a food-related system/regulation, risk analysis data, an imported food information analysis, and harmful food selection standards.
