Fecha de publicación: 07/01/2016 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada The present invention relates to a solid fuel manufacturing apparatus using food waste and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a solid fuel manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method which remove moisture contained in the food waste, which is generated in the food processing process, by supplying high-temperature steam to the food waste to be heated and fried with oil, squeezes the moisture-removed food waste to separate oil, grind finely the squeezed food waste and then press and mold the finely ground food waste to manufacture a solid fuel. A solid fuel manufacturing apparatus using food waste, according to the present invention comprises: a pre-moisture removing machine, of which force is applied to both sides of food waste which is injected inside, to remove part of moisture contained in the food waste in advance, prior to the food waste to be fried; a frying and drying machine which stores oil inside and injects high-temperature steam to heat oil in order to fry the food waste of which moisture has been removed in the pre-moisture removing machine, so that moisture contained in the food waste is evaporated; a milking machine for milking oil by pressing the food waste of which moisture has been evaporated in the frying and drying machine; a grinding machine for grinding the food waste of which oil has been extracted by the milking machine; a vibrating sorting machine for sorting foreign substances included in the food waste, which has been ground in the crushing machine; a tunnel-type injector for injecting waste oil to the food waste so as to supplement oil content of the food waste of which oil has been vanished in the grinding machine and vibrating sorting machine; and a molding machine for molding the food waste, on which waste oil has been coated by the injector, into a solid fuel by pressing the food waste.
