The small container for food according to the present invention comprises: a food storage container which can store gel-type food, and which has a food storage space deformed and restored by external force; a food charging body which is detachably installed in the food storage container as a curved cylindrical shape having opened top and bottom, and which has one or more air inlets formed along the circumference to communicate the inside and outside of the body and a food charging space communicating with the food storage space to charge the food inside; and a food opening and closing unit with a structure opened and closed by the suction and discharge pressure of air by partitioning the food storage space and the food charging space in a state of being fitted inside the food charging body as the shape of overlapped plates. When the food storage space is shrunk by the external force, the food opening and closing unit blocks the inflow of the external air by the discharge pressure generated in the food storage space and moves the food stored in the food storage space to the food charging space. When the food storage space is restored to the original state, the food opening and closing unit introduces the external air into the food storage space by the suction pressure generated in the food storage space and seals the food charging space.
