The invention relates to a restaurant food full-cycle management system, and belongs to the technical field of restaurant food management systems. The key points of the technical scheme are that the restaurant food full-cycle management system comprises a sales statistics module which is used for carrying out the statistics of the quantity of food sold in a restaurant and generating a food sales quantity list, an inventory management module which is used for counting the storage amount of various food materials, generating a food material inventory list and sending the food material inventorylist to the central processing module, a central processing module which is used for calculating and evaluating the consumption of various food materials according to the food sales quantity list, generating a food material supplementing list and sending the food material supplementing list to the purchasing module, and a purchasing module which is used for displaying and outputting the food material supplementing list. The restaurant food full-cycle management system solves the problems that an existing restaurant management system cannot dynamically adjust the inventory of food materials forthe whole cycle of the food, and the timeliness of management is low, and can dynamically manage the food material inventory corresponding to the food according to the full-cycle turnover process ofthe food.
