PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reheating method that even when a plurality of types of food are simultaneously housed in a heating cart, is capable of appropriately heating the respective types of food and is suitable for deactivating norovirus.SOLUTION: A reheating method according to the present invention includes: inputting a cooked material of daily food, soft vegetable food, half vegetable food, chopped vegetable food, or one-third vegetable food into first tableware and inputting a cooked material of deglutition food into second tableware having adiabaticity higher than that of the first tableware; housing the first tableware in which the cooked material of the daily food, soft vegetable food, half vegetable food, chopped vegetable food, or one-third vegetable food is input and the second tableware in which the cooked material of deglutition food is input in a heating cart for reheating the cooked material using heating means; and reheating the cooked material of the daily food, soft vegetable food, half vegetable food, chopped vegetable food, or one-third vegetable food input in the first tableware and the cooked material of deglutition food input in the second tableware using the heating means with the same output and the same heating time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
