The method includes the following steps that: all user information in a preset area is acquired; the firstfood material information of all users in the preset area is acquired, wherein the first food material information includes the types and quantity of food materials, and a first corresponding relationship is built between the first food material information and the user information; food materials consumed by the users within the preset time are obtained, the first food material information corresponding to the user information is extracted, the consumed food materials are deleted from the first food material information; and nutrition intake is calculated according to the consumed food materials, a second corresponding relationship is built between the nutrient intake and the user information; whether the nutrient intake meets a first nutrient intake standard is judged; if the nutrient intake does not meet the first nutrient intake standard, nutrients absent in the first nutrient intake standard are extracted according to the nutrient intake, and the types and quantity of food materials containing the absent nutrients are obtained; whether the first food material information contains the types and quantity of the food materials is judged; if the first food material information does not contain the types and quantity of the food materials, shared information is released; and when any two pieces of shared information is complementary, food materials are shared.
