METHOD OF PREPARING ICE CREAM USING ULTRA-LOW TEMPERATURE FINE PARTICLE FOOD AS FROZEN ENERGY

A disclosed method of preparing ice cream using ultra-low temperature fine particle food as frozen energy comprises: a food preparing step of preparing a first food of a first temperature and a second food of a second temperature which is lower than the first temperature; an input preparing step of setting, by a user, an input amount of each of the first food and the second food; a food input step of introducing the first food and the second food into a mixing unit at the same time according to each of the input amounts of the first food and the second food; a heat exchanging/mixing step of mixing the first food and the second food provided in the food input step while causing the first food and the second food to exchange heat with each other; an ice cream preparing step of forming the first food and the second food provided in the food mixing step into a third food of a third temperature, which is in a semi-frozen state in which a consumer can drink or scoop up; and an ice cream discharge step of discharging the third food provided in the ice cream preparing step through a discharge unit. According to the present invention, the method can be used to prepare various types of ice cream in small quantities. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2022
