METHOD FOR PROVIDING FOOD MENU THROUGH TRACING OF BIO-PHYSICAL QUANTITY

The present invention relates to a method for providing a food menu through tracing of a bio-physical quantity. The method for providing the food menu through tracing of the bio-physical quantity comprises: a measurement step of a measurement device measuring the bio-physical quantity of a user; a recommended food menu extraction step of a server wirelessly connected to the measurement device receiving the bio-physical quantity of the user from the measurement device, analyzing the bio-physical quantity of the user and extracting a recommended food menu; a recommended food menu transmission step of the server transmitting the recommended food menu to a user terminal; an intake food menu input step of the user inputting his or her intake food menu to the user terminal; an intake food menu transmission step of the user terminal transmitting the inputted intake food menu to the server; a recommended food menu resetting step of the server analytically comparing the transmitted intake food menu with the recommended food menu and resetting the recommended food menu; and a reset recommended food menu transmission step of the server transmitting the reset recommended food menu to the user terminal.
