The method comprises the following steps: according to a food product provider searching operation instruction, a first client displays the food product display information of a food product provider that is searched by a user, wherein the food product display information includes M types of food products and the price of the food sharing amount of each food product; according to a food product ordering operation instruction, the information of a food product sharing order is acquired out of the food product display information, wherein the information of the food product sharing order comprises K types of food products and at least one food sharing amount of each type of food product out of the K types of food products; an order generating request is sent to a server; an order generating response sent from the server is received; according to the order generating response, the food product sharing order is displayed to be successfully ordered. In this way, users can order a plurality of food products in a small amount. Meanwhile, users can eat more types of food products while the waste of food products is avoided. Meanwhile, the expenditure is reduced and multiple users can share the same complete list of food products. Moreover, shared food products are ensured to be freshly baked.
