The invention relates to the technical field of unfreezing, and discloses a food unfreezing method which comprises the following steps: acquiring the center temperature of food; judging whether the food reaches a semi-unfrozen state or not according to the central temperature; and under the condition that the food does not reach the semi-unfrozen state, environment parameters of the environment where the food is located are adjusted. Obtaining the center temperature of the food, and judging whether the food reaches a semi-unfrozen state or not according to the center temperature of the food. And under the condition that the food does not reach the semi-unfrozen state, adjusting the environmental parameters of the environment where the food is located. As the food does not reach the semi-unfreezing state, the unfreezing efficiency of the food can be improved by adjusting the environmental parameters of the environment where the food is located, so that the unfreezing time is shortened, and a user can obtain better experience feeling. If the food reaches the semi-unfreezing state, the first unfreezing mode does not need to be started, so that energy waste can be reduced. The invention further discloses a food unfreezing device and unfreezing equipment.
