METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FEEDING FOOD MATERIAL TO REDUCE PRESSURE VIBRATION OF FOOD MATERIAL AT FLOW PATH OF OUTLET SIDE AND APPARATUS FOR EXTRUDING BAR-SHAPED DOUBLE-LAYERED FOOD MATERIAL AND FILLING EXTRUDED FOOD MATERIAL WITH BEAN PASTE

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for reducing the pressure vibration of food material at the flow path of an outlet side when the food material such as a steamed bun containing bean paste, or bean paste is fed to the flow path by a vane pump are provided. Also provided are apparatus for extruding bar-shaped double-layered food material and filling the extruded food material with bean paste.CONSTITUTION: The food material is continuously fed by switching the speed between a basic rotation speed and the higher speed than the basic rotation speed when a vane disposed on the circumference of a rotor at specified intervals moves to supply food material to the flow path of an outlet side. The switching of the rotation speed of the rotor is repeated due to the rotational position of each vane. The continuous apparatus(1) for double-layered food material consists of: an external food material feeding apparatus(10) with a hopper(11) and vane pump(13); an internal food material feeding apparatus(20) with a hopper(21) and vane pump(23); and a double nozzle(30) for continuously extruding bar-shaped double-layered food material. The food material feeding apparatus(20) consists of: a vane pump(13) for feeding food material to the flow path of an outlet side; and a control apparatus(60) for controlling the vane pump.© KIPO 2006
