The food treatment device comprises a container, a food treatment tool, a motor, a food detection module and an intelligent control module. When the food treatment tool pre-stirs to-be-treated food, the food detection module identifies the to-be-treated food according to a change state caused by food stirring, or when the food treatment tool is static or pre-stirs the to-be-treated food, the food detection module identifies the to-be-treated food according to an instant state of the food and generates a corresponding feedback signal; after receiving the feedback signal, the intelligent control module controls the motor to automatically treat the to-be-treated food according to a food treatment mode corresponding to the received feedback signal based on a preset corresponding relation between the food treatment mode and the feedback signal. Therefore, a user does not need to preset the food treatment mode when using the food treatment device, the food treatment device can automatically complete correct setting of the food treatment mode, and treatment to the food is greatly facilitated for the user.
