The intelligent food processor comprises: a container (1), a food processing tool (2), a motor (3), a food detection module (4), and an intelligent control module (5). When the food processing tool (2) is used for pre-stirring food to be processed, the food detection module (4) identifies the food to be processed according to a state change caused by food stirring and generates a corresponding feedback signal; then after receiving the feedback signal sent by the food detection module (4), the intelligent control module (5) controls, according to preset corresponding relationships between food processing modes and feedback signals, the motor (3) to automatically process the food to be processed in a food processing mode corresponding to the received feedback signal. In this way, a user does not need to set a food processing mode in advance when using the intelligent food processor, and the intelligent food processor can automatically and correctly set the food processing mode.
