The intelligent food processing device comprises a container, a food processing tool, a motor, a food detection module and an intelligent control module. When the food processing tool is used for carrying out pre-stirring on food to be processed, the food detection module recognizes the food to be processed according to the change state caused by food stirring and generates a corresponding feedback signal, the intelligent control module controls the motor according to the corresponding relation between preset food processing modes and feedback signals after receiving the feedback signal sent by the food detection module, and then the motor automatically processes the food to be processed in the food processing mode corresponding to the received feedback signal. In this way, a user does not need to preset the food processor mode in advance at all when using the intelligent food processing device, the intelligent food processing device automatically completes correct setting of the food processing mode, and thus great convenience is brought to the user on food processing.
