According to the present invention, disclosed are an integrated franchise food truck management system and method for receiving an order for a food menu in real time in a situation where food trucks are distributed in each region nationwide, allocating the order to a truck suitable for delivery, checking ingredients of each food truck in real time, and providing ingredients and other consumables to food trucks that are running out of ingredients or other consumables or to food trucks that have requested ingredients or other consumables. The integrated franchise food truck management method according to the present invention comprises: (a) a step of receiving an order for a food menu from a server and generating order information; (b) a step of allocating, by the server, a food truck based on the order information; (c) a step of transmitting, by the server, the order information to the allocated food truck; (d) a step of inquiring the remaining amount of ingredients from the server to each food truck; (e) a step of receiving, by the server, the remaining amount of ingredients from each of the food trucks; (f) a step of inquiring, by the server, whether a food ingredient order is required to a first food truck in which the received ingredient remaining amount is less than or equal to a predetermined standard; (g) a step of receiving, by the server, a food ingredient order request from the first food truck; (h) a step of determining, by the server, an ingredient supply route to the first food truck; and (i) a step of supplying the requested ingredients to the first food truck through the determined supply route.
