Fecha de publicación: 03/06/2008 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada PURPOSE: A food garbage disposer is provided to prevent damage of a motor, install the food garbage disposer in a small kitchen work space within a sink, exhaust odor from food garbage effectively, and perform maintenance and repairing of the food garbage disposer easily. CONSTITUTION: A food garbage disposer comprises: a cutting part(30) connected to a lower end of a food garbage hopper(22) to cut food garbage flown into the hopper while injecting water onto the food garbage; a transfer part(40) for transferring cut food garbage to the pressing part; a pressing part(50) for pressing, dewatering, and discharging the transferred food garbage; a drying part(60) for drying the pressed food garbage; a drain part(70) for discharging water drained from the pressing part; an exhaust part(80) for exhausting gas generated in the drying part; and a driving part(90) for transmitting rotary power to the cutting part and the pressing part, wherein the drying part includes a first drying part(60A) for drying food garbage dropped from a discharge connecting pipe to a high temperature, and a second drying part(60B) for secondly drying food garbage that has been transferred from the first drying part within a drying drawer that is easily removable.
