PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impregnated food having unstiffened palate feeling of the impregnated food while having excellent flavor of a liquid food impregnated with a solid edible food, and achieving an integrated feeling of the solid edible food and the liquid food, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An impregnated food obtained by impregnating a liquid food with a viscosity of 10,000-100,000 mPa s at 35°C with a solid edible food has unstiffened palate feeling of the impregnated food while having excellent flavor of the liquid food, and achieves an integrated feeling of the solid edible food and the liquid food. The impregnated food is manufactured by an impregnated food manufacturing method which includes pressurizing a sealed system in a state of bringing the solid edible food into contact with the liquid food in the system, and returning a pressure in the system to an ambient pressure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
