Fecha de publicación: 14/03/2014 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada The present invention relates to a house having a food recycling system, a method for recycling food in the house, and a system for recycling food in the house, which are capable of recycling food which is wasted as food waste while being decomposed as a long time has elapsed without being used as resource. To this end, the house of the present invention includes a house building where food is discharged, and a food recycling system provided in the house building. The food recycling system includes: a food grinding unit provided in the kitchen sink to grind input food into food particles, mix the food particles with water, and make mixed food; a food transfer unit connected to the food grinding unit to discharge the mixed food outside a residential space of the house building; a solid liquid separation unit connected to the food transfer unit to divide the mixed food into liquid containing water and the food particles, collect the food particles and discharge the liquid to the drainpipe; a drying unit configured to heat the food particles collected by the solid liquid separation unit to divide into steam and dried food; and a heat exchange unit configured to collect energy inputted to the drying unit while heating a heat exchange medium by using latent heat held by the steam generated in the drying unit, wherein the steam heats the heat exchange medium when not being mixed with the heat exchange medium.
