PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hospital food management system which allows respective person involved with food for a patient to share information related to change of food, for preventing provision of improper food to a patient.SOLUTION: A hospital food management system comprises: a food database for storing food menu in association with each patient; a food menu acquisition part for acquiring a plurality of food menus from a dietitian terminal which is operated by a dietitian; a food selection screen provision part for providing a food selection screen including the plurality of food menus to a patient terminal operated by a patient; a selection menu acquisition part for acquiring the food menu selected by the patient on the foods selection screen from the patient terminal; a change detection part for, on the basis of an electronic medical chart of the patient, detecting change of a condition of a patient or change of an examination plan or treatment plan for the patient; and a food menu control part for, on the basis of the food menu selected by the patient, and change of the condition of the patient or change of the examination plan or treatment plan, controlling the food menu associated with the patient stored in the food database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
