The grass carp static farming food provisioning apparatus structurally comprises a food provisioning head, a food provisioning pipe, three wheels, a lifter, a bracket, a food storage tank and a controller. The food provisioning head is fixedly mounted at the front end of the food provisioning pipe, the food provisioning head and the food provisioning pipe are of integral structures, the tail end of the food provisioning pipe is weldedwith the lifter, the three wheels are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bracket and are movably connected with the front side and the rear side of the bracket, and the lifter is mounted at the lower end of the left side surface of the food storage tank in an embedded manner. The grass carp static farming food provisioning apparatus has the advantages that quantitative structuresare arranged inside the grass carp static farming food provisioning apparatus, feed can stop being added when a certain quantity of feed is added, food can be quantitatively provisioned, the food provisioning speed can be reduced to a certain extent, and accordingly the feed can be saved; the grass carp static farming food provisioning apparatus is provided with a pressurization apparatus, barriers can be matched with a balance plate via a stay in up-down movement procedures, accordingly, the air pressure can be increased by the pressurization apparatus, a pressurization rod can be driven by the pressurization apparatus to be matched with a pressurization plate, the feed can be scattered and discharged via main outlets and an outer-ring encircling opening, the food provisioning areas can be enlarged, each piece of grass carp can be fed, the feed cost can be reduced, and healthy growth of the grass carp can be guaranteed.
