The objective of the present invention is to dispose of food waste separately from dishwater or waste water produced after cooking by separately providing a dishwater path for passing a large amount of dishwater, detergent, and food waste water and a food treatment path for crushing food waste and treating the crushed food waste with microorganisms. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the disposer, which is installed in the lower part of the sink of home or restaurants to dispose of food waste, comprises: a dishwater path (60) provided on one side of the bottom of a sink (1) to directly discharge dishwater and waste water (A) through a waste water pipe (20); and a food treatment path (70) provided on one side of the bottom of the sink (1) separately from the dishwater path (60) to crush food and treat the crushed food with microorganisms, wherein the dishwater path (60) has a food filtering net (2-1) and a filtering net lid (2-2) thereon, and the food waste treatment path (70) includes a crushing unit (3) for crushing the food waste and a microbial treatment unit (11) for treating the crushed food waste with the microorganisms so as to dispose of the crushed waste (B) separately from the dishwater and the waste water (A).
