The present invention comprises a food waste decomposing barrel (10) having the upper part thereof opened to introduce and be filled with food waste and microorganisms so as to decompose the food waste using the microorganisms; a cap (30) for opening the upper part of the food waste decomposing barrel (10) to allow the input of food waste and closing the upper part of the food waste decomposing barrel (10) to prevent the discharge of bad smells of the food waste and the input of foreign materials; an opening and closing member (40) placed at one side of the food waste decomposing barrel (10) to allow the discharge of food waste by being rotated to the outer side of the food waste decomposing barrel (10) by food waste pressed sideway in the food waste decomposing barrel (10) and opening the food waste decomposing barrel (10) and to close the food waste decomposing barrel (10) by being rotated into the food waste decomposing barrel (10) from outside by the pressure release of the food waste; and a food waste pressing member (50) placed at the other side of the food waste decomposing barrel (10) to discharge the food waste through the opening and closing member (40) and pressing fermented food waste toward the opening and closing member (40).
