Fecha de publicación: 27/09/2013 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada PURPOSE: A food tray washer in a tunnel type is provided to consecutively perform washing, rinsing, and drying processes of food trays as the food trays in which are roughly washed are directly supplied to a food tray input unit without adding separate workforces because it can be connected to a rough washing unit. CONSTITUTION: A food tray washer (1) in a tunnel type comprises a main body (100), a food tray input unit (200), a food tray discharge unit (300), a food tray transfer unit (400), a washing unit (500), a rinsing unit (600), a drying unit (700), and a rough washing unit connector (800). The food tray transfer unit is installed by passing through the input unit, a food tray passing tunnel, and the food tray discharge unit and transfers the food trays from the food tray input unit to the food tray discharge unit in a state in which the food trays fall down. The washing unit sprays the solution mixing the water at high temperatures and detergent to upper and lower surfaces of the food trays moved in a horizontal direction by the food tray transfer unit and washes the same.
