Fecha de publicación: 07/12/2015 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada The present invention relates to a food tray washer for stopping operation by detecting a trap of a food tray, which comprises: a housing for forming the exterior; a food tray input unit which is mounted on one side of the housing, and comprises a supporting unit for supporting food trays piled up, and a spiral cam for separating the each food tray piled up to move them from the position of being piled up to the position of washing; a food tray washing unit installed in the housing to wash the food trays one by one; a food tray discharge unit for discharging the food tray washed by the food tray washing unit; a food tray conveying unit for conveying the food tray from the food tray input unit to the food tray discharge unit through the food tray washing unit; and a light sensor installed in between the bottom surface of a blade of the spiral cam and the top surface of the food tray input unit to generate a trap signal indicating that the food tray is trapped by the spiral cam.
