CONSTITUTION: A food tray washer (1) comprises a washing unit (100), a compulsory transfer unit, a rinsing unit (300), a drying unit (400), a food tray standing transfer unit (500), and a food tray standing supply unit. The compulsory transfer unit is installed inside the washing unit and compulsorily transfers food trays in a falling state. The food tray standing transfer unit transfers the food trays in a state where the food trays is stood to be inclined in the predetermined angle at an inner section of the rinsing unit and the drying unit and a connecting section. The food tray standing supply unit is installed between the washing unit and the rinsing unit and supplies the food trays to the food tray standing transfer unit by standing the food trays supplied in a falling state by the compulsory transfer unit.
