The food safety information recording method comprises factory information, food logistics information, food basic information and food quality guarantee information; the query method comprises food safety information query codes recorded with food safety information and food safety information query links, wherein the query codes can be scanned through a popular smart handheld terminal to search relevant information; and the supervision method is characterized by obtaining a food safety information supervision interface, and carrying out food quality detection to enable the searched food safety information and quality detection content to be reported through the food safety information supervision interface. The food safety information recording method, query method and supervision method provide globally-shared record information of all links of food from factory delivery to consumers, enable food safety violation information to be associated with a law enforcement agency, and realize recording of processing process of food-safety-violated or unqualified food.
