Fecha de publicación: 28/01/2022 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada The invention provides a food processing method and system based on a block chain, and relates to the technical field of block chains and data processing, and the method comprises the steps of obtaining a food donation request, and uploading the food donation information to the block chain, wherein the food donation information comprises donator information, a food identifier, a food shelf life and a food storage place; judging whether the food is within a food shelf life or not, and if yes, determining that the food is donated food; according to the registration information of the receiver, recording address information and food demand information of the receiver; deploying the donated food according to the address information, the food demand information, the food identifier and the food storage place, and uploading the deploying process to the block chain; when a receiving request of a receiver is obtained, verifying the information of the receiver; and after the verification is passed, issuing the donated food and uploading the issuing process to the block chain, so that the food utilization rate can be improved, and the food waste can be reduced.
