Fecha de publicación: 19/11/2003 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaged body, in which a food can be sterilized without adding a food additive with sterilizing effect directly to a food, and the food is safe and kept fresh even if it is stored for a long period.SOLUTION: The food packaged body comprises a food storing part for storing the food, and a germicide storing part communicating with the food storing part and containing an aqueous solution composed of high bleaching powder, chlorine dioxide, chlorite, or chlorate. The aqueous solution of high bleaching powder or chlorine dioxide generates chlorine dioxide that sterilizes the food stored in the food storing part, preventing the multiplying of food poisoning germs or the decomposition of the food during a storing period. Thus, it becomes possible to sterilize the food without adding the food additive directly to the food in the food packaged body 1, in which the food is safe and kept fresh even when stored for a long period.COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
