The food package offering system of the present invention includes: a food information unit (10) where information about ingredients for a specific food, amounts of the ingredients, a sort of the food, and a recipe of the food are stored; a tag setting unit (20) applying an identical tag in case the sorts of the foods stored in the food information unit (10) are identical; an ingredient information extracting unit (30) extracting the information about the ingredients for the specific food and the amounts of the ingredients from the food information unit (10); a common ingredient selecting unit (40) selecting the foods using the common ingredients after comparing the information about the ingredients for the specific food stored in the ingredient information extracting unit (30) and information about the ingredients for another specific food stored in the ingredient information extracting unit (30); a food package generating unit (50) generating a package of the foods in which different tags are applied; a waste index calculating unit (60) calculating a waste index based on the information stored in the food information unit (10); a food package extracting unit (70) extracting food packages in order of lowest-to-highest waste indexes; and a food package search unit (80) capable of searching the information stored in the food package extracting unit (70) by a food name and an ingredient name.
