Fuente: WIPO Food Portada PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production costs by reducing high labor costs by automating a production line and saving labor by supplying a fixed quantity of a food material to a food material container and reduce costs for sanitary administration and maintenance in the production line for food material processing by supplying food material sanitarily.SOLUTION: This device is provided with a food material supply station on which a food material container in which food material is contained, a movable body, which is arranged in parallel with the food material supply station and moves between the food material supply station and a container carrying device for carrying a food material container in which a plurality of kinds of food materials are contained, and a food material supply member, which is provided in the movable body, has a food material containing space section of specified volume at its tip section and is connected to a negative pressure generator. With the food material supply member moved to the food material container of the food material supply station, a specified quantity of food materials are sucked in the food material containing space section by negative pressure.
