The invention relates to a food material processing robot control method and device, a system, a storage medium and equipment. An image of a to-be-processed food material is acquired; and according tothe image of the to-be-processed food material, food material type information and corresponding food material processing information of the to-be-processed food material are obtained through a neural network model, and a corresponding food material processing instruction is output through the neural network model, wherein the neural network model is obtained through the training basing on food material processing images and/or videos. When the food material is processed, the type of the food material is identified through the neural network model, and the corresponding food material processing information is obtained through the neural network model, a robot processes the food material according to the food material processing information, specifically, different processing processes arecarried out on the different food materials, so that the food material processing mode is more flexible; and in addition, the neural network model can learnt the various food material processing information of the different food materials according to the different food material processing images and/or videos, so that the application range is wider, and food material processing is more scientific and reasonable.
