The personal information storage means stores personal information that causes restrictions on intake of a food material used for a food and drink for each of a plurality of individuals. The image input means inputs an image of the food and drink. The food material discrimination means identifies, based on the image, the food and drink, and discriminates the food material used in the food and drink. The food material identification means collates the personal information corresponding to each of the plurality of individuals with the food material determined by the food material discriminating means, and identifies the food material corresponding to each of the plurality of individuals.
