Fecha de publicación: 21/10/2010 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material information providing device for providing, based on food materials purchased by a customer, information on the other related food materials.SOLUTION: The food material information providing device is provided with: a food material information acquisition part for acquiring information related to purchased food materials as purchased food material information; a provided food material determination part for determining food materials to be provided based on the acquired purchased food material information; and a food material information output part for outputting information related to the determined food materials. The provided food material determination part refers to dish data, in which the name of dish for identifying a dish and necessary food material information as information related to food materials necessary for the dish are held in association with each other, to extract the dish data having such a relation that at least a portion of the purchased food material information is included in necessary food material information and a portion of the necessary food material information is not included in the purchased food material information, and determines the food materials which are not included in the purchased food material information among the necessary food material information of the extracted dish data as provision food materials to be provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
