CONSTITUTION: In a food garbage crushing equipment capable of automatically separating foreign materials and recycling food garbage, comprising a food garbage injection port(110) formed at one side of an upper part of the equipment to inject food garbage containing various foreign materials, cutting blades(120) installed on a part of a lower inner face of the food garbage injection port to cut food garbage, and a transfer conveyor(210) for discharging food garbage and foreign materials that have been crushed by the cutting blades, the food garbage crushing equipment comprises: a cutting blade-fixing frame(130) which fixes the cutting blades, which is joined with a shaft(140) and rotated by drive force of a motor, and which cuts again the food garbage crushed by the cutting blades; a food garbage discharge port(150) for discharging crushed food garbage into grooves formed between the cutting blades and the cutting blade-fixing frame; a food garbage discharge guide for moving the food garbage discharged to the food garbage discharge port to the transfer conveyor; a foreign material-sorting tank(170) for re-separating foreign materials contained in the food garbage moved through the food garbage discharge guide; a foreign material discharge damper(190) for discharging a predetermined quantity of various foreign materials that have not discharged to the food garbage discharge port; and a second degradation sorting tank(220) for transferring the foreign materials discharged from the foreign material discharge damper and sorting food garbage mixed with the foreign materials to discharge the sorted food garbage through perforated holes(221) formed therein.
