Fecha de publicación: 06/02/2014 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food cutting device in which a position regulation member surely regulates a position in an operation mode of regulating a position of food, and surely ejecting food in an operation mode of ejecting food from a food placing table.SOLUTION: A food cutting device includes a position regulation member of food placed on a food placing table 5, a drive mechanism 6 which makes the food placing table 5 reciprocate from a food supply position to a food ejection position after cutting, and a cutting blade 2 which is arranged in a food moving locus and cuts food. The position regulation member is rotatably supported between a mode of projecting above a food placing surface 51 and a mode of retracted from the food placing surface 51; is energized to rotate so as to project above the food placing surface 51; and includes a stop member 11 which rotates the position regulation member against an energization force when the food placing table 5 moves to a food ejection position, and which releases position regulation of food to eject food from the food placing table 5.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
