The food appliance comprises a cover (1), a pot (4) and a furnace (6)and is characterized in that the cover (1), the pot (4) and the furnace (6) are combined to form a mushroom-shaped structure, a groove (13) is formed in the middle of the pot (4), a necking ring (32)is arranged in the middle of the groove (13), and a plurality of clamping bases (33) are arranged around the upper surface of the necking ring (32). The food appliance capable of cooking food autonomously is provided for an eater, the food taste and preference of different people are met, food is made instantly when people need the food, the food tastes fresh, people can enjoy eating while cooking, meanwhile, the optimum heating temperature can be selected according to different types of food, nutritional ingredients in the food are preserved to the maximum extent, and it is avoided that the nutritional ingredients in the food are lost or damaged due to cooking. The food appliance can also serve as a small food production tool, and batch production is achieved.
