Fecha de publicación: 03/04/2008 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada PURPOSE: An equipment and a method for disposal of food waste are provided to remove odor fundamentally by using a deodorizer, a deodorizing liquid and a deodorizing water and spraying the deodorizing water in a humidifying and deodorizing part, thereby purifying water and odor generated from a food drying tank in multistage, and reduce the installation space to the minimum by removing an additional pipe connected from the food waste disposal equipment to a sewer pipe. CONSTITUTION: An equipment for disposal of food waste comprises: a magnetron(113) which is installed at one side of a food drying tank(110), and heats the food waste and removes water from the food waste by irradiating a microwave onto food waste(112) injected into the food drying tank; a cooling unit(114) which is installed at the other side of the food drying tank to flow the condensed water vapor to a lower side of the food drying tank by condensing water vapor generated when heating the food waste; a water and odor storage tank(120) installed under the food drying tank to receive water and odor flown in through a first pipe(115); and a humidifying and deodorizing part(130) connected to a side face of the water and odor storage tank through a second pipe(125), the humidifying and deodorizing part including a deodorizing unit(132) for purifying odor flown in from the water and odor storage tank, and a humidifying unit(131) for spraying deodorizing water in the deodorizing unit into the food drying tank through a third pipe(135). Further, a temperature sensor(116) and a humidity(117) are additionally installed in the equipment for disposal of food waste. ©KIPO 2008
