The appliance comprises a food cooking kitchen appliance body, wherein an electronic operating panel is arranged on the food cooking kitchen appliance body and is provided with a food type input key and a food weight input key and an intelligent cooking circuit is arranged in the food cooling kitchen appliance body and is provided with a data processing chip for converting received food type signals and food weight signals into corresponding food cooking conditions. After the food type signals and the food weight signals are input into the data processing chip, the corresponding food cooking condition signals are output and transmitted to a food cooking circuit in the food cooling kitchen appliance body so as to cook food. After the food type signals and the food weight signals are input, the domestic food cooking appliance with such a structure cooks food to the best effect according to the food cooking information automatically configured by the data processing chip.
