Fecha de publicación: 08/01/2008 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada PURPOSE: A disposal method for recycling food garbage is provided to dispose a large amount of food garbage without installing a large scale disposal equipment, produce a high quality recycled product with low concentrations of salt and spices, and enable an environmentally friendly disposal equipment to be operated by preventing odor and leachate from being generated while transporting and processing the food garbage. CONSTITUTION: A disposal method for recycling food garbage comprises: a first step of installing a food garbage disposer at a place where food garbage is generated, cleaning the food garbage with wastewater to lower concentrations of salt and spices of the food garbage, pressing and dewatering the cleaned food garbage to reduce the volume and the water content of the food garbage, and discharging the reduced food garbage from the food garbage disposer; a second step of collecting and fermenting food garbage discharged from the food garbage disposer to dispose the food garbage into semi-processed food garbage; and a third step of collecting and finally disposing the semi-processed food garbage to produce a recycled finished product. ©KIPO 2008
