CONSTITUTION: A device for pre-washing a food tray comprises a housing(10), a food tray hopper(20), a food tray discharge chute(30), a food tray transfer part(40), and a high-pressure jet washing part(50). The food tray hopper is formed on one side of the upper part of the housing, and the food tray discharge chute is formed on the other side of the upper part of the housing. The food tray transfer part connects the food tray hopper and the food tray discharge chute and transfers food trays, which are put into the housing through the food tray hopper as being turned upside down, to the food tray discharge chute at a fixed speed. The high-pressure jet washing part is installed on the upper and lower sides of the food tray transfer part and sprays high-pressure water to the food trays transferred by the food tray transfer part.
