According to the device for automatically sorting a dish and a food tray in accordance with the present invention, a structure which automatically separates the dish and the food tray when the dish and the food tray are placed on a dish washer disposed in a public facility can be added to the dish washer to transport the separated dish and food tray to washing devices designed to wash the dish and the food tray according to shapes of the dish and the food tray to wash the dish and the food tray more cleanly and efficiently.
