The control method of the food processer includes the steps that when the food processer conducts heating work, thetemperature of liquid in a food-processer cup body is detected; when the temperature of the liquid in the food-processer cup body is smaller than a first preset temperature, a heating device of the food processer is controlled to enter a full-power heating state; when the temperature of the liquid in the food-processer cup body is larger than or equal to the first preset temperature, the heatingdevice of the food processer is controlled to enter an intermittent power-adjusting heating state till food in the food-processer cup body is boiled thoroughly; after the food in the food-processer cup body is boiled thoroughly, a motor of the food processer is controlled to intermittently rotate according to the preset rotating speed to drive a stirring cutter of the food processer to intermittently stir the food in the cup body till the stirring duration reaches preset duration. By means of the control method of the food processer and the food processer, it can be avoided that in the heatingprocess of the food processer, the food is over flown from the cup body of the food processer, and meanwhile heating time is shortened.
