CONSTITUTION: A composite food waste disposer(100) comprises a food waste cutter(120), a food waste decomposer(130), a food waste discharge port(112), and a PH controller(160). The food waste cutter is installed on the top of a case(110) and cuts food waste flowing from a sink. The food waste decomposer decomposes the cut food waste using microorganisms.
