The apparatus for supplying a fixed amount of food to a food packaging container comprises: a food supply unit to supply food; a food moving unit communicating with the food supply unit, and moving food by rotation of a rotary screw shaft and a screw blade provided therein; a food weight measurement unit to measure the weight of food moved by the food moving unit, and supply food by a set weight to a food packaging container; a food packaging container moving unit to move a food packaging container to a lower portion of the food weight measurement unit; and a control unit to control the rotating speed of the rotary screw shaft to control a food moving amount of the food moving unit.
