APPARATUS FOR FOOD SELECTION IN OFF-LINE FOOD PURCHASE LOCATION BASED ON MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND ROUTE GUIDANCE TO STORE OF FOOD PURCHASE LOCATION WHERE SELECTED FOOD IS ARRANGED

The present invention relates to an apparatus for food selection in an off-line food purchase location based on a mobile communication terminal and route guidance to a store of the food purchase location where the selected food is arranged, wherein guidance to locations for corresponding stores which sell the selected ingredients among the stores of the selected food purchase locations can be received via an image, text or a combination of thereof when the desired food purchase locations and ingredients of the desired food are selected by the mobile communication terminal, and guidance regarding replaceable ingredients for replacing ingredients which are not in stock can be received when the selected ingredients are not in stock at the selected food purchase location. The apparatus for food selection in an off-line food purchase location based on a mobile communication terminal and route guidance to a store of the food purchase location where the selected food is arranged, comprises: the mobile communication terminal (100); and an off-line store management server (200), wherein the mobile communication terminal (100) selects the desired food purchase location, the food, and the desired ingredients necessary for cooking the selected food, transmits a location confirmation request signal for the selected ingredients of each food purchase location including at least one selected from selective food purchase location information, selective food information, and selective ingredient information, to the off-line store management server (200), and receives and outputs store confirmation information for the selected ingredients of each food purchase location to guide a user to the locations where the selected ingredients in the desired food purchase location are arranged, from the off-line store management server (200), the off-line store management server (200) has a DB portion (210) comprising: a food inventory DB (211) of each food purchase location which separately stores the food inventory information thereof including a store identification code of each food purchase location for identifying the food store having food sold in the food purchase location, according to each food purchase location; and a store image list DB (212) of each food purchase location which expresses each food store of the food purchase locations as an image, divides the store image information of each food purchase location including the store identification code of each food purchase location in each food store expressed as an image by each food purchase location, and stores the divided store image information, the selective ingredient information included in the location confirmation request signal for the selected ingredients of each transmitted food purchase location is matched with the food inventory DB (211) of each food purchase location of the DB portion (210) when the location confirmation request signal for the selected ingredients of each food purchase location is transmitted from the mobile communication terminal (100), the store identification code of each food purchase location of the food matched with the selective gradient information is extracted, the extracted store identification code of each food purchase location is matched with the store image list DB (212) of each food purchase location of the DB portion (210) to extract the matched store image information of each food purchase location of the corresponding food purchase location, the store confirmation for the selected ingredients of each food purchase location is processed to identify the store corresponding to the store identification code of each matched food purchase location of the extracted store image information of the food purchase location, and the processed information is controlled to be transmitted to the mobile communication terminal (100).
