Fecha de publicación: 22/01/2007 Fuente: WIPO Food Portada PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus for continuously extruding food materials and an apparatus for manufacturing enveloped food materials, which feeds food materials stably and is suitable for a high-mix low-volume manufacturing.CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) for continuously extruding bar-like double-layered food materials containing two kinds of food materials and consisting of an inside food material(WB) enveloped in an outside food material(WA) comprises: an outside food material feed device(10) that has a hopper(11) for maintaining the outside food material(WA) and a vane pump(13) for outside food material placed at the lower part of the hopper(13); an inside food material feed device(20) that has a hopper(21) for maintaining the inside food material(WB) and a vane pump(23) for inside food material placed at the lower part of the hopper(21); and a double nozzle(30) that is connected to both the inside food material feed device(20) and the outside food material feed device(10) in order to continuously extrude bar-like double-layered food materials formed by enveloping the inside food material(WB) in the outside food material(WA). The vane pump(13) for outside food material and the vane pump(23) for inside food material are arranged to perpendicular to a shaft of one vane pump of the vane pumps(13,23) and horizontal with a shaft of the other vane pump.© KIPO 2007
